| January 11th | Nach einem Start ins neue Jahr mit Fieber bis 40 Grad durch den
Grippevirus hat sich Lea und auch der Rest der Familie wieder erholt. Leider hat sie
dadurch auch wieder an Gewicht verloren aber wir wissen, dass ihr Immunsystem in Ordnung
ist. Gestern waren wir in der Augenklinik zur Kontrolle. Es wurde ein minimes Schielen
festgestellt. Patrick hingegen hat seit Dezember eine Brille und gew?nt sich langsam
daran. After a start in to 2000 with high fever becouse of the flu she and the rest of the family recover again. We know now that her immune system is ok. Unfortunately she lost weight, but she will keep up soon again. Yesterday we wenth to the Eye specialist and they found a little squint. Patrick has glasses since dezember and starts to get used to it. |
| January 30th | Lea entwickelt sich weiter pr?htig.
Sie trinkt und isst gut und nimmt weiter zu. Seit ein paar Tagen dreht sie
sich immer ?ter vom R?ken auf den Bauch und
manchmal auch zur?k. Sie war mit Ihrem Bruder f? 2 Tage bei Omi und Opa in den Ferien w?rend sich Mami und Daddy in Arosa erholten. Am 24. Februar gehen wir gemeinsam in die
Ferien nach Ftan. Lea is growing well. She is drinking and eating well and she gains weight. Since a view days she turns from the back to the belly and sometimes also back. She was with her brother on a two day vacation by grandma and grandpa while mami and daddy went to Arosa. On february 24th we all go to a 1 week vacation to Ftan. |
| March 1th | Besuch beim Kardiologen. Eine gute Nachricht, Lea entwickelt sich
hervoragend und der Aortabogen sieht gut aus, die negative ist, dass Lea nochmals am Herz
operiert werden muss um ein Gewebeknollen unter der Herzklappe zu entfernen. Der Termin,
n?hstes Jahr, diesen Herbst oder fr?er werden wir in ca 2 Wochen
erfahren. Der Spitalaufenthalt wird ca. 3 Wochen sein. Die Ferien im Engadin haben uns gut
getan. Wir hatten ein grosses Haus f? uns alleine und viel Sonne und Schnee. Visit by the cardiologist. The good news are, Lea is growing well and the aortabow is ok. The bad news are, Lea needs an other heartoperation because they have to remove a bulge unter the heartvalve. We gone know the schedule, if next year, this fall or earlier in about 2 weeks. It will take about 3 weeks in the hospital. The vacation in the engadin were perfect. We had a big house for us and a lot of sun and snow. |
| March 15th | Dr. H?merli hat uns
mitgeteilt, dass Lea erst in ca. 1.5 Jahren operiert werden muss. Sofern
sich der Zustand nicht ?dert. Wir planen unsere USA Ferien im
September. Dr. H?merli called us and told us, that we can wait for about 1.5 Years with the operation if her condition are still stable. We are planing to the US for our holiday in september. |
| April 18 th | Lea ist wieder einmal krank. Nach einer Angina
mit hohem Fieber sind es diesmal die Windpocken. Aber Sie hat keine Probleme damit,
ausser, dass Mami nacht's ?ters nachschauen muss. Lea is sick again. Afther a tonsillitis with high fever it is this time the chickenpox. But she has no big problems with it. Mami has only to lock after her in the middle of the night. |
| May 15th | Die starke Erk?tung hat sich leider zu einer Lungenentz?dung
entwickelt. Seit gestern liegt Lea wieder im Spital Baden, wo
alles begann. Dies ist auch schwierig f? uns, da wir alles wieder durchleben m?sen.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie am Mittwoch nach Hause gehen darf. The strong cold turned out to be a pneumonia. Since yesterday Lea is in the hospital again, where everithing begain. This is hard on us so we have to go over the whole story again. We hope she can come home on wendnesday. |
| May 18th | Lea ist wieder zu Hause und erholt sich gut. Lea is home again and recoverd herself good. |
| June 6th | Heute wird Lea 1 Jahr alt. Wir freuen uns sehr, gab es doch Zeiten wo wir
nicht mehr daran glaubten. Lea turns 1 today. We are very happy, there were times, we didn't think about it. |
